CLASSES RUN FOR 1 HOUR FOR ALL AGES WITH AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES FOR ADULTS MOST SESSIONS.

 

NEW MEMBERS ARE VERY WELCOME TO JOIN US AT OUR THORPE MARRIOTT VENUE WHERE WE TRAIN TWICE A WEEK.

WE WELCOME CHILDREN FROM THE AGE OF 7 AND IF APPROPRIATE WE CONSIDER SLIGHTLY YOUNGER.

 

THERE IS NO UPPER AGE LIMIT AND WE HAVE ADULTS WELL OVER THE AGE OF 60 REGULARLY TRAINING SO DONT LET AGE OR ABILITY STOP YOU FROM TRYING OUT A CLASS.

 

WE ARE VERY INCLUSIVE AND PRIDE OURSELVES IN RUNNING A GROUP IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT APPROPRIATE TO YOUR ABILITY AND NEEDS.
